Midwest Catholic Wedding

Tricia and John

At first glance this looks like a tradition Catholic wedding by St. Anthony’s of Padua however, our #kpbride, Tricia put a bit of modern flare and sophistication as well into her wedding day. This was showcased not only in Trica’s double wedding dress look but her intimate details from a personalized cluch and denim jacket to her large bridal bouquet and more. The overall color pallet was navy and bright red that you can clearly see in her gorgeous bouquet and bridesmaids and groomsmen attire.

Now lets discuss Tricia’s DRESSES...Tricia had always envisioned a double bridal look. One where she could wear at the ceremony and then have a removable skirt bottom. So we customized one of my ball gown skirts with more “puff” underneath. I believe I sewed in 15+ layers of tulle to give that dramatic ball gown feel. And let me tell you this was the largest skirt bottom I have ever created but so STUNN-INNNNG! The second look was from Waters and the two paired up perfectly. This dress was a blast to work on. Congratulations Tricia and John. I’m so happy for you both!
